What can I expect if I reach out to Finch House Recruiting to help with recruiting?You can always expect a quick response and thorough communication. We will schedule a call to discuss what you are needing assistance with and answer any questions you have. We research your company and review any job specification for open positions prior to the call and then ask questions to make sure we fully understand your individual needs. We will then discuss the best recruiting strategy and agree upon a timeline.

What industries and/or positions do you specialize in?We believe the fundamentals of recruiting are the same no matter the position, so are open to discussing any role. However, we have done a lot of recruiting for Manufacturing and service companies. Experience recruiting for C-suite, Directors, Managers, Engineers, IT, Finance & Accounting, Legal, and HR.

What fee structure do you use?Our structure is a bit different than traditional agencies. We believe we are the balance between contingent and retained firms. Contingent firms generally lack personalization and often give up on positions when they are tough to fill. Retained firms often feel very binding. We would love to discuss our unique agreement and pricing structure and determine what would work best for your business needs.
